Medical Director, Arlington ER
Dr. Rahman Mohammed, MD is a board-certified physician serving hospitals and medical centers throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. He earned his medical degree in Ukraine, completed his residency training at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in the Chicago area, and went on to complete an Emergency Medicine fellowship at Cullman Regional Medical Center in Alabama.
As Medical Director, Dr. Mohammed reviews the clinical content published on this website, checking that it reflects current medical guidance and that nothing could mislead a patient about when to seek emergency care.
Arlington ER is staffed around the clock by board-certified emergency physicians, supported by experienced emergency nurses, radiologic technologists, and laboratory staff.
That matters more at 3am than at any other hour. The physician who sees you at three in the morning holds the same certification as the one who sees you at three in the afternoon. There is no overnight downgrade in who is on duty.
All of it is under one roof, staffed every hour of every day. Nothing is sent away and waited on.
Clinical pages on this site are reviewed by Dr. Mohammed and carry the date of the most recent review. We name the equipment we use, we say plainly when an urgent care clinic would serve you better, and we never name a specific medication.
